Hello everyone,

I am curious if anyone has used peer to peer lending (LENDING CLUB) for rehabs or some real estate financing.  Please share your experience(s).  I look forward to reading the responses.

Thank you.

What about it was negative?  I have been both a borrower and a lender on Lending Club.  Being a borrower, I used 2 loans to buy 2 single family homes.  It was less than hard money so it worked well for me.  As a lender, I'm averaging a 9.8% return, which is pretty good.
