Setting Up A Corporation For REI

Hi, I would like to know does it make sense to set up a corporation to buy real estate I mean if your investment property cashflow is like $200 per month when you just start out?

Or setting up a corporation, it's easier to borrow money from the bank because you show how much you pay in taxes?
