@Ijeoma P. working multiple brokers is tough...sure, the first call probably went well, but this is a relationship business...I've sourced 7-deals this month and none of them went to folks that were running the broker circuit.

They may have a personal relationship with a different QI firm. 

The repairs after the fact are not going to be an issue I have a contractor that I have used in my personal homes for many years and created a good personal relationship with, he knows what needs done and how I like my work preformed without my having to stand over his shoulder.

The landlord tenant relationship is a business relationship and when you live with your tenants it is much harder to make that separation.

Most importantly I'm looking to network and build a future of trust and reliability with the relationships that cross my path.

The relation ship between appreciation and property value, specifically equity build up, is on a 1 to 1 ratio. 

Good day, BP Community,   I'm currently reading chapter 4 on the "book of rental property investing," and I came across the part when Brandon said that you must "Build a relationship by offering value" and Give more than what you get.

Real estate agent I have no relationship with is saying parceling out the properties may bring more value.

You have to build relationships with brokers and lenders.  

End of the day building that relationship is the most important thing because there is no perfect deal but if you have that relationship it goes along way.
