Owner Occupied - Hire property manager?
Has anyone hired a property manager for an owner occupied multi family? Or is it wiser for the owner to manager b/c they are onsite?

It depends. I find most owners tend to be soft and let lease violation slide way to often - especially when they live on site and have to see the tenant's every day. The landlord tenant relationship is a business relationship and when you live with your tenants it is much harder to make that separation.
