Hello everyone, my name is Ali Khan and I recently started Wholesaling in Laval, Quebec Canada.

I have seen a few posts here about Canada so I'm shooting my shot to see if anyone can help. If you know someone that can please share this post.

There is a lot that I do not know. If someone can hit me up and chat to teach me the laws it would be amazing. French is my second language so understanding documents sometimes frustrate me. I'd like to learn how to skip trace people mostly, I enjoy calling people. My main objective is to learn as much as possible regarding real estate laws, what you can and cannot do. Where I can find my own lists, I use Mon Prospecteur but like I said understanding the documents they provide is a challenge sometimes.

Most importantly I'm looking to network and build a future of trust and reliability with the relationships that cross my path.

Thank you for your time and thank you for your service.
