I’ll be calling my insurance company today.

Hi, I've become the manager of my parents' real estate investment companies pretty much out of the blue.

I would love to know if there are any groups, clubs or events in the area for investors both residential and commercial and if there are any companies with apprenticeships for investors, property managers or project managers.

Co-hosting or having a PM company is hard enough, without the added pressure of making multiple rent payments. 

.- Worried that, should I move to an LLC, my mortgage may be called to be paid in full by my company- Does this disqualify me from a 1031 in the future?

Both are solid guys/companies that will help you take care of your investment. 

@Andrew SmithYeah this one is a monster, I cannot wait to see all the proof of claims… then the lambasting they will get for the “you invested x $ in that company…..

It looks like a larger company without the personal service or communication.I would expect more canned responses, slow responses, slow reactions to get service etc.

There was a company that didn't offer any split, but that died off.  

I'll probably call my credit card company and tell them they defrauded me and refund me money to cancel the transaction since they are not providing the service they promised they would. any other course of action recommendation from bp members would be greatly appreciated?
