I put this post under notes because most note investors are familiar with pacer and the bankruptcy process.

I will find this case fascinating to see All the documents that come out in a $30B+ filing

I am not here to comment on whether people should have seen this coming or crypto is bad. I am sharing this to further educate people on understanding bankruptcy and can share this info (since it’s public) with others.

The bankruptcy was filed in Delaware and I don’t believe you can “hide” your proof of claim, you could understate I guess if you are embarrassed but I am 99.9% sure this will all be public record.
