I'm looking to network with fellow imvestors and contractors.

Many agents start as part time, and if you have the network, it won't be difficult to sell 1-2 homes every few months or refer it out. 

However, I am looking for real estate investing to change that timeline.I look forward to interacting with the members here on Bigger Pockets, as I look to grow my knowledge base and network.

@Caleb Heimsoth and @Mike Taravella- I agree: Paying off student debt first, and at the same time networking and connecting with investors in your area is a great idea.

Hello all, I am a new investor looking forward to networking with other wholesalers and investors on this site.

I'd recommend networking and getting on some wholesalers' mail lists.  

Apparently that definition is open to wide interpretation and unlike an independent contractor it gets really messy when you try to hold a tenant's feet to the fire over shoddy work.

I did here from a lender recently that was working with financing for multifamily properties with another individual that the area can vary widely from one location of town to the other.
