What about oil & gas?

I am a Self employed IT Contractor, consulting for Oil and Gas company.

Before the internet investors had to get all of their education from books and gurus, and we all know a lot of that is snake oil.

Huntsville is in the top 5 of most intelligent cities, NASA & all the private engineers.Mobile had the BP oil spill that everyone thought would wreck the market but all of the clean up crews, FEMA, etc., were here pumping money in the local economy while the beach tourism was non existent during the spill & clean up. 

China just started pricing oil in yuan ending the petrodollar.

Today is brake pads and oil change on my 2010 Caravan. 

All these “No money down” gurus and their snake oil.

Not leaving yet, but see the danger Of Proposition 13 on commercial property being killed and vast number of jobs lost, or the radical Newsom winning the election and getting away with doubling income taxes (Venezula was a wealthy place with oil a few short years ago, now they have problems getting food and toilet paper, so don't think an economic collapse can not happen)   Why?
