Hi @Chris T.Since I am in the construction industries and personally know a lot of foremen from different trades or very versatile foreman, that is where I go first since I know that they do quality work for the company I am working for.

The trade-off of course is the greater time you have to invest in the asset and the risk that the property value decreases if there's a market correction or that you mismanage or over-buy the property and end up losing money every month.
