Otherwise, you’re going to fall into the second category which says you cannot have a balloon unless you are an individual, trust or estate.If you think about it, not having a balloon but being able to do an adjustable rate almost serves the same purpose.

I think it's still the case here in Charleston County that you can add an accessory dwelling of up to 800 sqft as long as your lot meets certain minimum lot size requirements.
