.$600,000 sounds like a lot, its actually $625,000 but in miami, in this particular building its just under 800 sq ft and the cheapest unit in the building on a lower floor with only a street view but it was a complete steal bc other units in the building avg around $1,500/sq ft with ocean view going for $2500+ and streetview going for $1000+, at $750/sq ft it was a phenomenal price but again the current owner paid $385k during the housing crash right when the building was built, so he's making alot 3.Spoke with an attorney there are a few choices from rejecting checks from boyfriend bc he's not on the lease and forcing the girl to pay which would force boyfriend to deposit cash in her account which could cause a tax problem @ $3,200/month being deposited or the attorney suggested just listing it at a high price and if i get a full price offer, great, if not it gets show a bunch and is an annoyance to the tenant and she leaves......she said she suggests that to many who want a tenant out, apparently it happens alot in miami where people buy a unit and aren't allowed to discuss tenant leaving beforehand and bc rents are so cheap in miami tenants want to stay.
