Hello, does anyone know any investor (wholesale) friendly title companies in the Pittsburgh, Pa area? Thanks so much!

Hi @Jordan Abromovitz - we use Greater Pittsburgh Settlement Company. The owner is Phil Scolieri and he is a member of ACRE. They're located downtown next to CONSOL. We have used them and have nothing but good experiences there. Here is their site: http://www.greaterpittsburghsettlementcompany.com

Also, if you do a search in the forums, there was a recent post where other Pittsburgh investors posted about the title companies they use. Hope that helps!
