If this is an agency loan, meaning for a 1-4 unit and in the hundreds of thousands, then loan costs and rate should be what matters.

We performed a 1031 exchange last year into a multifamily property and are doing an agency cash-out refinance this year (woohoo real estate!).

When it comes time to fund these deals with agency debt, am I going to get push back because of the population?
