Who has received covid rental assistance checks?

Posting here (also posted in California forum).  Wondering who has received any checks from the CARES act.  I did about 15-20 applications through both CA websites and individual county websites and have only received one check so far.....very frustrating and the eviction moratorium is set to end on 6/30/21.

I've received nothing from the federal government but the city of Jacksonville cut me a check for 5k for one tenant that covered all back rent and some going forward.
