I have been told by the BP staff that my posts will be hidden if I have multiple posts on the main page.The problem with this is my posts are never unhidden and results in very low views of the blogs I write.

The tariffs are costing materials to go up for sure but on average its not a huge amount because its very material specific so it could be low or high depending. $450/sf does seem high to me but not that high for a $2mil + price tag.

For instance, if it was bought in 2010 for $100k, but the area has seen a 30% increase in property values, then the equity in the list vendor's system will be too low.
