Glass Blocks or Standard windows in a Low income neighborhood?
Hi, I am a new investor and I am interested in a property in a low income neighborhood that has 8 standard windows with a few of them broken out. I am thinking of replacing all the windows with glass blocks, for security at a minimum. I think this might be a better choice that doing metal bars on the windows for the most basic reason it looks better. What do you all think?
