I don't have much experience in real estate, I do have experience in selling and closing deals not related to this business and what brought me to Bigger Pockets was by listening to a podcast about real estate investing by husband who has experience in flipping houses, wholesale and buy and hold.

I have been listening to The Bigger Pockets podcast for the past 3 months and reading many books related to real estate investment. 

Hey everyone, I was recently made aware of this website by my girlfriend who has started to listen to one of the books.I am looking to expand my knowledge in real estate and real estate investing.

I have listened to some of his stories and I am still trying to grasp what he wants to do with his sales proceeds.
