Can a private investigator find out who they are with enough time/money? 

I've heard that some private investigators or others can find addresses, but I don't want to throw a ton of money at this if the odds are against me.Alternatively, another thought that I had was to give her notice that we are terminating her lease about a week early due to her breach of the no pets policy.

To summarize, I would investigate the Turnkey operators and see if that might be a direction you might want to go.

It turned out to be for an investigation we weren't a part of, but it only takes one subpoena to really understand that you do not play any idiot games with the federal government's llaw enforcement agencies because these people have no sense of humor about criminals.

Do you think that previous owner would have a good case to have your licensed revoked if he were to go to the State and ask them to investigate?

Any advice on initial target neighborhoods which I use to jumpstart my investigation of schools, geography, business centers..etc?

My very brief investigating shows me that this should allow me a start in one of several areas in the Phoenix metro area, depending on what I ultimately decide to get involved with (single or multifamily).
