On the sourcing side, we source from wholesalers, direct from sellers, and brokers publicly listed.

Expect this to take 6 months from the time of filing if the debtor has a viable source of income and plays by court rules, or 60 days to an unknown time frame if the debtor is crafty but has no attorney.

You can bring value by sourcing the deal, helping to raise capital, etc.....

I always out source management, and when you live in such a tenant friendly like I do, its best to leave it to a professional.
