I started the pre-licensure course last Week Tuesday and I should be done with the course by this Saturday ( That's my Goal at least) Then I plan to take an extra week to study some  more and then take the actual exam to get my license.

If it grows then you have some extra money.

Some Active Duty members don't live with honor and put an extra burden on tax payers.

I'm sure it hsa to be ok to pay yourself incase you needed some extra money from your own business right?

For example, people who invest in single family homes rarely think about noise control issues, and extra insulation between units to cut down on sound transmission.

I suspect our ability to get those terms will be somewhat limited going forward, as this loan already required extra review because the two LLC members on the note already had 4 properties between them and this was number five. 

So I need to make more to deal with the extra aggravation.If the Duplex is a good deal, go buy it.
