I have been doing my due diligence and am ready to dive in and get my feet wet.

That would be pretty awesome.While I love my job and what I do, it has left me pretty deep in the red.

No more carpets covered in drink spills, no more little bits of food buried deep in the fibers, no more calls to get the carpets steam cleaned before the next tenant.

I am looking forward to diving into the BP community and developing mutually beneficial relationships with other serious investors.

If it's in okay shape, there's no back rent or crazy fees that come with the free unit, and if the park isn't a total dive, and the monthly fees are reasonable, and it's not haunted or something crazy like that,  I'd seriously consider it.

We are currently investing in San Diego, mostly private money lending and several JV's, but we will be moving business up to Ohio with us, so we're deep into research-mode right now trying to figure out where we'll stake our claim.
