New investor in north texas

Hello BP,

I am a new pro member to BP and am just getting started in real estate investing. I am in Sachse, Tx. (North East Dallas). I am seeking out wholesalers and other investors to help myself and my partner find great deals in North Texas. I am looking to fix/flip and fix/hold. I am also seeking out hard money lenders in the area. We have some capitol and some possible private money. 

I have been doing my due diligence and am ready to dive in and get my feet wet. I hope to grow my business into something great. 

I am always looking for advice from anyone with experience.
