How is the Cross Hill and White Horse roads area?

Very recently I have run across a unique crowdfunding platform that allows me to co-own with the managers a portfolio of 10 rental properties in a major mid-west city, for instant diversification.  

I'll base this assuming you know nothing about real estate, and you can cross out anyone who has a similar skillset to you, or you are able/willing to do their work.ACQUISITION TEAM/NETWORK - Wholesellers, Realtors, local networking groups, mail/email/advertising campaigns, however it is that you get properties.CONTRACTOR - Find a good GC with solid subs. 

.- One thing that tripped me out was that cows who have never seen a grate (used to keep them from crossing a road) will not cross them even if they are fake or painted grates.

We are aware of notesmith and Mortcare as servicing platforms but we would like to know if there are any other software out there that anyone uses?  

Is it a Facebook group or another platform?

I guess I won't be able to use the computers in the courthouse to cross Check property appraiser while in there?
