Hello Everyone,

I found an interest in real-estate while learning about growing wealth, and I've started reading books, the forums, and listening to the podcast to determine if this real-estate is a viable path for me.

While I am currently in South Carolina, my wife just accepted a job in Dallas, and I hope to be moving there myself soon.

I think that wholesaling may be the way I'd like to get into real-estate as a sort of proof of concept to both my wife and my self, in order to build some capital and learn about what makes a good deal.

I look forward to meeting many of you on the forums and learning and growing in my (potential) career in real-estate.

Will

Will,
Another Lexingtonian here.  I keep thinking that if the traffic on 378 gets any worse I am going to move to Elgin.

There are amazing amounts of information here, some of it of questionable quality of course ;). Glad to have South Carolinians here.  This is a wonderful place to flip.  Welcome!
