Hello all!  We are a husband and wife team, Engineer Josh and Realtor Joray respectively, looking to start building wealth through real estate investing.  I, husband Josh, read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, about a month ago, and then Cashflow Quadrant... both in about 6 days.  I then started reading Hold, and simultaneously discovered BP.  Since then I've been voraciously devouring the BP Podcasts while working out or driving anywhere, as well as watching the Webinars when time permits.  I've personally been struck by motivation overdrive since the birth of our first child late in 2015..... hence the investment reading and the working out.

We are looking to start investing soon, but torn between local and out of state.  OOS offers many more accessible options, but we have some serious reservations with not being able to be there.  Currently we are looking to network with local investors both here on BP, and at perhaps some local events.  I've got a feeling I am going to be spending a lot of time here, so I am looking forward to meeting you all, gleaning as much knowledge as I can, sorry as we can, and offering as much as I can to the community with my limited knowledge and experience.
