. - Contact the Title company:: Is there a contingency in the purchase agreement that you agreed to use the seller(s) title company?

@Pankaj Aurora Not sure who your Orlando contact is but I know someone who specializes in short-term rentals only in that area.

Beyond that, PM me to get some local contacts that might be viable for your needs - as I've also encountered the same problem due to number of properties being higher than allowed by many banks and credit unions.J.T.

I recommend contacting the section housing counselor they reported through and make a complaint. 

CHECK YOUR STATE LAW OR CONTACT AN ATTORNEY IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT THE PROCESS.   

Also, if they already contacted the marshal this is a matter of a couple of weeks before the place will be empty.

Contact a Title Company, (like Chicago Title, look for a local Title company) ask them for a Title Report.

The only way to get this information is to contact the holder of the second.

Then you find a buyer who is willing to pay $130,000 for this property so without taking possession you assign a contact to a new buyer and make $30,000 profit.
