@Jerry SatherWe pulled one like that last year -- an old coal boiler converted to oil which had been out of service for 20 years, just lurking in the basement.That same property also had asbestus in the plaster, so I'm not 100% sure on the portion of the charge to remove the boiler and pipe wrap, but I believe that portion was around 3500.00 ... we had a lot of pipe that was only partially exposed (how we discovered the asbestos content in the plaster).
