Hello Everyone, Marianne here from Catonsville, MD. I discovered BP a few weeks ago thru a google search and only wish I knew about this community about 7 years ago before I bought a rental property and ended up loosing it. It would have saved me from headaches and disaster. Anyway,I take it as a learning experience, and I'm here to learn how to do real estate investing the correct and realistic way and be very successful at it. I hope to connect with fellow experienced or newbie investors in Maryland or around the globe and hopefully form some long lasting relationship.
