I only found .05% on their site.Thanks It wasn't an intro rate, I was actually at 1.15% and noticed their rates bumped up so I asked their customer support and they adjusted my rate to 1.85%.

@Lindsay West Yes, she can combine the two strategies to avoid taxes, however notice the critical caveat pointed out by @Wayne Brooks: the part of the sale price allocated to 1031 cannot be applied towards her new FL home.

TeresaYeah, I noticed that too - the properties with the highest cap rate are ones where the purchase price is fake - auctioneers to do to attract attention, even though everyone knows they'll end up selling for more.
