I saw that an the timeline there is a jump of 5 hours on best time, ]see my example image here jusdt recored.I used IE8-9 and Firefox 12 all the same, biggest difference was 10 hours.

Look for a source for the posting on the post, Vacant was the clue to most, a neighbor reporting the second source for most cases of ID of a rental.

I am proudest of that one because a fellow real estate broker who was always telling me he was the best ever was looking at it and I was along for the ride and he said anyone who buys this must be the worlds biggest idiot, I am definitely going to turn down the listing and see who is dumb enough to take it, well I didn't list it I bought it instead, dumb me.

I have used the exact same scanned check for many offers ...You will be giving them the routing and account numbers with that check, so whether the payee line is blank or not isn't the biggest risk IMO.
