Our lender also informed us that the biggest issue that raised the red flag and qualified the property to be in Below Average Condition is the detached garage which needs major repair.Our dilemma:Our lender gave us the option to buy the property all cash and refinance instead of it being considered a purchase.

I will speak to prospects in NC by giving you information based on my experience in Charlotte, the largest city in NC by population.  

They have two programs - and the prices start at $499 annual subscription (but have to pay all at once, but tallys $33 mo avg)...and a more expensive Platinum Plan, that right now is almost another $500...but has additional categories, as well as being able to search according to Equity in the deal, and i think that is where they offer lots more offerings such as Loan/Mtg info; City/State Liens; HOA liens; and more. 

I've recently assisted a friend of mine in rehabbing a home he purchased from the city Land Bank he is currently occupying and think I want to flip those first.
