I actually did join JAX-REIM a couple of days ago and will be attending the meet up next month.Thanks for the perspective on having your own realtor license, something to consider for sure!

Seems like that may be an advantage for you and I'd imagine you have a solid commercial network at your fingertips.I often attend the meetups that  @Brie Schmidt co-hosts and it's a great place to connect with other investors. 

I want to get involved in a local group and wanted to see if you or any others have any suggestions on what Kansas City rei groups are good to attend. 

I know if you take classes in person that you can attend any other of the same class (not sure what the time period for attending additional classes is).

This was referred to me at the last REI meeting I attended by another investor who strongly suggested I read this book prior completing my first wholesale deal.
