New Wholesaler in Philadelphia

Hi BP Fam!

I am a new Wholesaler in the Philadelphia market. I have been on Bigger Pockets for almost a month now doing nothing but reading articles, the forums and listening to podcast. I recently came across a wonderful book that I plan on finishing this weekend called "30 Days Cash" by *************. This was referred to me at the last REI meeting I attended by another investor who strongly suggested I read this book prior completing my first wholesale deal. (I was able to locate the free E-book download) And so far I have been to one REI meeting and will be attending another one tomorrow evening and have RSVP another for next week.

With that being said, I do not have hands on experience but I have the drive, the passion and I continue to educate myself everyday. I decided in December 2015 that this was going to be my new career as I am tired of the same old 9-5 job and lifestyle that comes with it.

I am so happy that I have come across BP as it is continuous motivation and a valuable learning experience everyday when I am either on the website or the app. I have created goals, deadlines and a few plan of actions to determine my routes for the next 30 days. I will update my success as I go along.

I would like LOVE to connect with other wholesalers in the area to possible co-wholesale and expand my network.
