If I dedicated 2 to 4 hours a day to this Monday to Friday, how should I break it up?

Same thing in MS  my closing attorney there only records on Fridays.. when at lunch I will always say William what's up man your taking a ton of risk here.. but again hopefully the bad guys dont read this .. :)  But generally speaking I think we can all agree that investors first and foremost should get a title commitment read and understand then buy either owners policy or a lenders policy.

It’s hard to not see them pumping it right back into homes.Anyway I’m still buying (offer in Friday) just being a bit more picky.

We're meeting next friday. 

They see your bar bill, your grocery bill, where you get gas, where you had your car fixed, how much you paid for tires, they know you eat pizza every Friday at Pizza Inn, they see how you use your money pulling out ATM amounts.

This particular guy then after we stopped doing business went back to his past ways and he got turned in by another investor from Europe this time they arrested him on a Friday and he had to spend the weekend in Jail.. and got in a mess of trouble. 

So the man charmingly hired them to stay after quitting time on a Friday, work for cash, and do some digging and back filling for him.

Look at the forecast it says 30% chance of rain Tuesday, 40 Wednesday, 30 Thursday and 70% on Friday next week.

My short term goal is to close one cash flowing rental property deal in 2016.I'm also willing to work for free Monday to Thursday after 6pm and Friday night through Sunday night.

We put an offer on another single family home Friday.
