After reading input from people on BP I have come to agree that it is a waste to not have an option to work with 'non-motivated' sellers by listing their property. 

TLDR: I think this is a non-issue at it's current state.

Closing date, inspection timelines, non refundable earnest money, etc... are all good ways to strengthen your offer as well.
