Building Plans for Permits in San Diego

Good morning!  I am looking to remove a load bearing wall (and a non load bearing wall) in a unit I have in San Diego.  The home is a 1931 Southwest Bungalow in Normal Heights.  My issue is that I need to get a permit to get this done so I need plans drawn up.  Does anyone have a recommendation for a good structural engineer/architect who can get this done at a reasonable price?  Thanks!!!!!
