@Matthew KinnearGreat suggestion above to attend the local Phoenix RE meetups to connect with other investors, especially since you haven't clarified exactly what type of investing you're looking to get into (wholesaling, fix and flips, multifamily, etc.)

And Denver and Atlanta (though smaller in number) look like they are getting it in geographic clusters.By this map I wonder if the areas with large populations living close that have colder weather are more affected than other areas?
