How do you visit properties virtually.

I never thought about doing that but was at a virtual conference a few weeks back and one of the main presenters did just that. 

Most meet-ups I have done recently have been virtual, but it's a start in the right direction. 

We meet 1st and 3rd Thursdays on Zoom, and there are also about 20 virtual "focus" groups that you can be part of if you are a member (rehabbers, landlords, apartment owners, creative financing, note buyers, short term rentals, etc). 

As a result, they are difficult to understand and almost impossible to remember.Imagine your virtual assistant makes a cold call and names a company: sellmyhomeforinstantcash.

And yes, many businesses had to shut down operations during the pandemic -- but there's a difference than being told you can't run your business, and you have to run your business and can't exit out.Anyway, if you feel the same way -- please go visit the virtual meeting at: https://www.sandiegocounty.gov/cob/bosa/index.htmlIt starts at 9am I believe, although I'm not sure on the exact voting schedule yet.Also, this ordinance was introduced by "San Diego County Supervisor Nora Vargas" -- please remember that name next time she's up for reelection.

It would be great to connect with other new investors either through meetups or virtual means.  

However, this is a case where the quality of the tenant does not factor into my advice.It is hard to tell if the key being bent is normal wear and tear, but virtually impossible to prove it was caused by the tenant. 

We are working on putting together a protocol, or maybe better called a script, to hand to a virtual assistant to have them do the background work and try to find them. 

Hi Edgar, I'm not an investor yet either, but hope to be someday (although I currently work as an vacation rental virtual assistant and am learning a ton with the hands-on work!)
