Hi All!

I am new member on Bigger Pockets and extremely excited to be here!  I have been listening to the real estate podcasts for about a year now and absolutely love all the information and tools that the community provides.  

My names is David, I was born and raised in South Florida and would like to begin investing in the Sunshine State.  It would be great to connect with other new investors either through meetups or virtual means.  I am currently working on my first deal and hope to share more details on a future post.  I look forward to getting to you know you here.

 Hi David welcome to Bigger Pockets! I am an Ohio native, however I am in SW Florida myself this week working on the purchase of my first vacation rental! This is a great place to network and meet like minded folks.
