Getting Started In Real Estate Investing

Hello everyone, this is my first post, here goes nothing.

My wife and I are currently residents, and will be training for the foreseeable next few years (so…not making that much $).

Our long term goal is to be generally hands off, and to buy and hold SFHs indefinitely for cash flow and equity (so, ideally reputable turnkey companies
 
Any recommendations on reading/education material to get more familiarized with topics concerning real estate investment and management. Thanks!
