The fellow is a bad tenant ... smoking is also legal, but do it in one of our properties and it's cause for eviction.Lana called me out of the blue this morning (still not sure how my number fell into her hands) and I sent her to BP ...specifically to find Bill and Jon who I was confident would be able to refer her to the right folks to resolve her situation.

You can drive around your target market and if you see any signs with "Sold" underneath you can contact that agent as well.Be sure to mention the listing that you missed out on so they know you aren't just calling out of the blue.
