I requested a more detail quote and he told that they are in good standing with the BBB and he doesn't want to give me a detail quote it will take to much time.

I request the members to please go through the document and tell me if this property is worth investing in.

One thing I aim for with the bank is to request to not have Property Taxes escrowed by the bank, instead to save that in my own checking account throughout the year.

If you do not want the dog I would deny his request and see what happens.

If you're at the point where they're simply not listening to your requests, it's best to severe the relationship and put it in writing.
