I think I saw a post in the marketplace fairly recently of a guy in the Seattle area promoting a similar service.

Our community has a promotion, and many cities offer incentives to get energy audits.

There is a cost of doing that.Many investors, especially on a web forum, over promote the Solo 401(k) and I very frequently see folks with or looking to setup such plans that do not belong in the plan.  

At least be transparent if you're going to promote your own service and company.

Today I listened to Scott Trench's interview to promote his Set For Life book on the podcast today, and the example that he picked exactly fit my scenario; I have enough to borrow for a $400k loan with 20% deposit down.

Yesterday I was contacted by a guy that saw the post and promoted himself as a consultant that helped you get credit lines.  

Once I had the degree I got promoted into a job that had nothing to do with chemistry.
