I'm a bit of a procrastinator when I'm unfamiliar with a subject, so I hope--no, make that INTEND--to push past my fears and become a successful wholesaler!

I'm confident in renting it out for a certain amount but getting the financing on the back end and making sure it will fit into the parameters of not putting any money down are my biggest fears.

While the tax savings from the Save Our Homes Amendment has no doubt helped many homeowners to stay in their homes even when values were rising, it also tended to discourage homeowners from moving to a new residence, for fear of giving up all of their accumulated property tax savings.

Surprisingly most landlords are reluctant to reject those of risk out of fear.

If I built out the houston rei then end up back in la I fear I won't be as hands on and it will get neglected which is why I feel AV could be a better idea in the long run.I'm very much a buy and hold or a buy add value and 1031 into more buy and holds.  

I all the time that the biggest things holding people back is money, fear, etc..

Depending on your tenant class, you may find that the fears of living beside your tenants are unfounded.   

One unit is rented at 1000.I'm worried about it being in a high crime area, and fear that I may have rent payment problems with some tenants.

Just swallow whatever fear is in front of you and keep moving forward.

Sorry for the silence, I may have found a couple to partner up with but my fear now is that they just want to use my cash to finance their next deal.
