Hi!  My husband and I own 6 rental properties and are selling a flip right now.  I'm interested in learning more about wholesale deals.  I'm a bit of a procrastinator when I'm unfamiliar with a subject, so I hope--no, make that INTEND--to push past my fears and become a successful wholesaler!
