To overcome such hurtle is to provide evidence the motivation why you choose to purchase property for such distance especially if your current residence is within the minimal (ex: 5 - 30 min drive) vs. your purchasing a home that is 3 hours drive one way and 6 hours total round trip in your motivation letter.
