Houses are located in heart of Ohio's fracking epicenter and was very tempted to move all the houses that became vacate to the lucrative short time rentals for the workers- but didn't. 

Foreclosure case was filed in court (Ohio) 3 months ago, mortgagors (husband and wife) have transferred ownership to me (an individual) via a quitclaim deed earlier this week and it should be recorded with the county in a couple of days.

Restaurants are being forced to close in states  and cities like California, Illinois, Ohio, New York City.. yes, the ENTIRE state of California.
