@Wesley Sherow, networking more, sending a mailer, social media marketing, cold calling, or getting a print ad (perhaps NYREJ) are all ways to try to expand your sphere of influence.

I collect paper forms, copy of drivers license, process them myself (eg check court website, social media, etc) and if I can't immediately weed them out, THEN send them to mysmartmove so that I have their SSN in case I need to report an eviction or send things to collections.
