I would imagine the cost would be nominal especially when compared to the bigger goal you are seeking.

@Steven Hamilton II is the accountant, but from the user standpoint, I can't even IMAGINE having to do accrual accounting for rentals.

With an actual deed transfer, I can't imagine in any market you can get a transaction done in less than 3 or 4 days. 

I can only imagine that there are many out there that hedging their bets against serious issues that will need ones insurance company to help them out.

Being out of state, their services come in real handy if something needs to be repaired or a guest has any questions or concerns.Pros, well it's been a better investment than we imagined, so far.

I can't imagine that you (as the wholesaler) would spend a lot of money in legal fees for your lawyer to hammer out a 12 page p&s contract with the seller just so you can assign the deal to a buyer whose lawyer is going to want to hammer out the contract again.....Or do you work it out as an option?
